Licensed Real Estate Agent
Edward Raudez has always been a self-starter. From the time he immigrated at age 3, he has pursued his personal and professional goals with the spirit of an energetic entrepreneur. And, whatever the goal, he finishes with the sort of stamina one would expect of a marathon runner, an Ironman competitor, and a certified personal trainer. He has been all of those things.
After graduating from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in sociology, Edward established a health and wellness business. When friends in real estate recognized his talents and suggested he enter the field, he went to work as a listing manager for a brokerage and immediately found it to his liking. Already a skilled relationship builder, he saw his potential in real estate and worked seamlessly with agents, clients, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
Integrity is the key to balancing the interests of all concerned. “Doing the right thing is always the right thing,” Edward says. “That’s my motto and moral compass.” Whether working with first-time buyers, relocators, sellers, or renters, he is driven to serve their best interests by focusing on their needs throughout the process. Clients know he is always just a phone call away.
In his spare time, Edward stays fit by working out. He also volunteers at various local dog shelters and is a mental health advocate.
